123ICT approved to manage OCN broadband transition

Posted by:

123ICT are pleased to announce that we have been included in Oxfordshire County Council’s list of local ICT support companies who are approved to project manage your broadband transition from the OCN to an alternative suppler.

Our updated guide is now available and will give you a complete overview of the broadband transition process. We have already completed over 30 primary schools (with another 25 in the pipeline) and it will be one of our priorities in September to assist Oxfordshire primary schools with their broadband transition plan during 2012 / 2013.

Why choose 123ICT to manage your broadband transition?

Several other ICT support companies are also now reselling EXA Broadband in Oxfordshire primary schools but none have the same experience as 123ICT. Not only have we done considerably more installations, but we also are the only company that can provide local case-studies and a comprehensive Service Level Agreement (SLA) which clearly outlines the responsibilities and costs involved to your school. Our company ethos is based on integrity and 123ICT broadband estimates always include the complete costs from start to finish. Finally, 123ICT only support Oxfordshire primary schools so we can guarantee that we are never far away in an emergency.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions relating to broadband or any aspect of your ICT Support as we are always happy to offer impartial advice.  123ICT will again be exhibiting at the annual conference of the ICT Schools Support Team, Oxfordshire County Council at the Kassam Stadium on Thursday 15 November 2012 and would welcome the opportunity to discuss your broadband plans with you during the day.
