Backing up your data

Ensuring that your school is backing up data is something we pay particular attention to. There are four main areas we focus on:

  • Curriculum Server
  • Main admin computer
  • Headteacher’s computer
  • Staff laptops

OCN email and Outlook 2010

OCN helpdesk have confirmed that live@edu will now successfully work with either Outlook 2007 or 2010 so there is no longer any requirement to downgrade. Please speak to your 123ICT consultant and they will be happy to set this up for you.

RM CC4 Store Field Trials

During June, RM invited 123 ICT to meet their CC4 Store development team which allowed us the opportunity to evaluate CC4 Store on your behalf. The good news is that RM has listened to what many small primary schools have been asking for; an affordable replacement to the RM Store Box.
