Tom joined the team in October 2016 after completing his A-levels. He has a keen interest in ICT and is looking forward to utilising his knowledge in his work. ICT Consultant and Curriculum Specialist
Nick is a qualified Primary Teacher and spent over 6 years working as an ICT Primary Advisor for Oxfordshire County Council before joining 123ICT in September 2013. Nick leads our Curriculum training delivery and is an Online Safety specialist, being a CEOP ambassador as well as a 360 Safe Assessor. Nick is a Naace ICT Mark Assessor. He specialises in mobile technology, and has an invaluable insight into the Primary Computing Curriculum as he also still teaches Computing part-time too.

Nicola joined 123ICT in March 2016. She was previously employed as a school administrator locally and therefore she is well versed in using RM Integris in a working environment. In her new role, Nicola will run the 123MIS Support Helpdesk and provide advice and guidance on general office IT. Alison provides marketing and administration support. With 20 years’ experience of working in IT Sales and Marketing, Alison has also been involved in a national initiative to raise the profile of STEM subjects amongst young people. As a PTA Chair, she is well aware of the challenges facing primary schools.

Della joined the MIS team at 123ICT in August and has over 15 years of experience in supporting schools with their use of Integris and SIMS having previously worked for Capita and Oxfordshire County Council. Prior to this Della worked for 15 years in a Secondary School in Oxford so understands the pressures school staff face each day.

Jan joins us from Oxfordshire County Council and is well known in schools as a Local Authority Trainer/ MIS Consultant with 10 years’ experience of supporting schools. Jan also worked in primary school for 16 years and has a Certificate in School Business Management and is a qualified MIS trainer for both SIMS and Integris.
Karen joined 123ICT in September 2016, she is a photographer and ex early years professional with full and enhanced DBS certification. Karen specialises in child portrait and event photography and loves to capture candid shots of children during work and play. As Karen prefers to use natural light wherever possible she will ensure that your classes remain free from the the disruption of flash, wires and equipment during your day’s photoshoot. Karen is mum to three children and can often be found rambling around the countryside looking for photo opportunities with her Lurcher, Bob.
Theresa is a teacher by trade and has been teaching in Oxfordshire for over 20 years. Theresa joined the 123ICT team in September 2013 in the part time role of administrator and fits this in around her current teaching commitments in two local primary schools.

Andy has spent many years in Oxfordshire schools as a teacher and ICT coordinator. He joined 123ICT in January 2012 as an ICT Consultant working within our schools. At the end of 2013, Andy semi-retired and he now organises our popular 123ICT competitions, using his teaching experience to ensure that each one has a clear focus. In addition, Andy maintains our new Teaching Resource and Community website, the 123HUB, and also assists us with other on-line administrative and technical tasks on an ad-hoc basis.
