Colin’s interest in IT began in 1985 when he realised computers would be essential in his PhD research. Since then he has been a consultant river engineer, IT consultant, website & database designer and head of IT for a major law firm. Colin lives in Woodstock with his wife, two young children and Scooby the dog. He enjoys walking, skiing and just having fun with the kids.

Tom joined the team in October 2016 after completing his A-levels. He has a keen interest in ICT and is looking forward to utilising his knowledge in his work. At present Tom is studying for his CompTIA Security Technologist qualification. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling & listening to new music.

Andrew spent six years as a Key Stage II teacher in West Berks and Oxon. He has a degree in Computing & Maths gained earlier in his career, whilst working within the Civil Service. ICT Consultant and Curriculum Specialist
Nick is a qualified Primary Teacher and spent over 6 years working as an ICT Primary Advisor for Oxfordshire County Council before joining 123ICT in September 2013. Nick leads our Curriculum training delivery and is an Online Safety specialist, being a CEOP ambassador as well as a 360 Safe Assessor. Nick is a Naace ICT Mark Assessor. He specialises in mobile technology, and has an invaluable insight into the Primary Computing Curriculum as he also still teaches Computing part-time too.

She also enjoys off roading in 4x4s and the odd rock concert or music festival.

Nicola joined 123ICT in March 2016. She was previously employed as a school administrator locally and therefore she is well versed in using RM Integris in a working environment. In her new role, Nicola will run the 123MIS Support Helpdesk and provide advice and guidance on general office IT. In her spare time, Nicola really loves to listen to music and discover local places that serve good food.

Alison provides marketing and administration support. With 20 years’ experience of working in IT Sales and Marketing, Alison has also been involved in a national initiative to raise the profile of STEM subjects amongst young people. As a PTA Chair, she is well aware of the challenges facing primary schools.
MIS Training Consultant
Della joined the MIS team at 123ICT in August and has over 15 years of experience in supporting schools with their use of Integris and SIMS having previously worked for Capita and Oxfordshire County Council. Prior to this Della worked for 15 years in a Secondary School in Oxford so understands the pressures school staff face each day.
MIS Training Consultant
Jan joins us from Oxfordshire County Council and is well known in schools as a Local Authority Trainer/ MIS Consultant with 10 years’ experience of supporting schools. Jan also worked in primary school for 16 years and has a Certificate in School Business Management and is a qualified MIS trainer for both SIMS and Integris.
Theresa is a teacher by trade and has been teaching in Oxfordshire for over 20 years. Theresa joined the 123ICT team in September 2013 in the part time role of administrator and fits this in around her current teaching commitments in two local primary schools.

Andy has spent many years in Oxfordshire schools as a teacher and ICT coordinator. He joined 123ICT in January 2012 as an ICT Consultant working within our schools. At the end of 2013, Andy semi-retired and he now organises our popular 123ICT competitions, using his teaching experience to ensure that each one has a clear focus. In addition, Andy maintains our new Teaching Resource and Community website, the 123HUB, and also assists us with other on-line administrative and technical tasks on an ad-hoc basis.

James is an E-learning specialist who has broad teaching experience from language courses at Primary schools in Tokyo to post-graduate software design courses at the Royal College of Art in London. Before moving back to the UK James worked at Transform Learning, Norway’s premier E-learning company. Paul Foster – North Berks Electrics (Network and AV installations)
Paul has also been working with 123ICT since April 2011 and has completed many network and audio-visual installations in the schools we work in. Rob Atkinson (Wireless Installations)
Rob is local to Stonesfield and he also has the advantage of understanding primary schools, as his wife is a head teacher in Oxfordshire!
