How much will it cost?
The pricing of our support contracts is based on a sliding hourly rate, linked to the frequency of visits. We do not to charge our schools for ‘pop-in’ emergency support visits and the more often we visit your school, the less likely there will be issues in between visits. Therefore we are able to reward our more regular schools with cheaper hourly rates.
123ICT consultants have unrivalled experience of working in the Oxfordshire education system. As well as offering outstanding technical and curriculum support, they will use their knowledge and expertise when sourcing and supplying IT products for your school. All our consultants will negotiate with suppliers on your behalf guaranteeing the best solution at the lowest price for your school.
We are able to provide many examples where our advice has resulted in savings equivalent to the cost of a 123ICT support contract.
123 training …
Thank you very much indeed for coming out on Tuesday to deliver an excellent session of e-safety training. We all agreed that It was helpful to refresh and to realise that the key message is that we must help our children manage the risk as we cannot eliminate it!
You always deliver these sessions really well, you make parents feel at ease, you use humour but take the messages very seriously.
Many thanks Nick and we hope to see you again in school soon.

123 response …
” I phoned 123ICT on Thursday and the following day Nick visited our school. We had a list of technical problems and were desperate to replace our office computers. The same afternoon Stephen came out to resolve our problems and by the following Tuesday we had two fantastic office computers delivered and installed by Stephen. 123ICT saved us over £500 on these and I was really impressed by the speed of response. “

“Can I just say a huge and heartfelt THANK YOU for all the hours of work you have put into the MIS advice you have provided and the very clear and understandable information you have been sending out. Without your support, I for one would have been in a secure unit on medication by now!!”

“Just wanted to say how brilliant Dan has been and is ! He has transformed the ICT here in terms of efficiency, recommending good products, sorting out the myriad of technical issues a school has….. and so on! Everyone thinks he is great so thank you for helping us – it is such a relief to have technical support from a company with good values and integrity. You’ve done a great job.”

” When we wanted to place a large order for new laptops at the end of term, we called on Nick to coordinate the deal and negotiated on behalf of the school. We really appreciate not only the commercial pricing that Nick was able to secure for us, but also his expertise in ensuring that the specification of the laptops was right for our needs. “
