1-logo M&LMyths and Legends. This brilliant site is for pupils, teachers and all those who enjoy stories and storytelling. It will also prove useful to those classes that are undertaking a myths and legends project.

This site has a fantastic collection of myths and legends, narrated stories from all around England and some further afield. They  are viewable on iPads and other mobile devices..

This project started a long time ago and people have been adding to it for a long time. There is now a Teacher’s Page with lots of information, lesson plans and ideas shared by teachers who use ‘Myths and Legends’ in their classes.

There are also Teaching Resource Packs , available for purchase.

The site also hosts and image gallery for pupils to use when they make their own stories, a sound gallery suitable for adding to the stories, information on how to make the story and a glossary of words used in some of the myths.
